The Weigh Right blog

I hope you are all doing well.
welcome to our new blog about the right eating for proper weight.
It is not a secret that obesity is becoming a national problem now. A study done in 2006 by BioMed (www.biomedcentral.com/1471-2458/9/465) it showed 32% of urban women in Tanzania were overweight or obese. Obesity is a well recognized risk factor for various chronic diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, and type 2 diabetes mellitus.
In this blog we will be discussing on how and what to eat for a healthier BMI (Body Mass Index). It is our hope that this will benefit many if not all who will be participating in this discussion.
As it the first time, we wont write much but we will have a lot to share as we go on.

Ufunguzi wa blog

Habari ya leo ndugu zangu wapendwa,
Leo blog mpya imefunguliwa. Ni sehemu ambayo kina mama tunazungumzia afya zetu, hasa uzito wa mwili wetu. Blog hii itakua inazungumzia jinsi ya kupunguza uzito na kutonenepa tena kwa ajili ya afya njema. Kama blog inavyosema "weigh right", ina maana uwe na uzito ambao mwili wako unaweza kubeba kwa ajili ya kuepuka "lifestyle diseases". magonjwa kama ya kisukari, high blood pressure, na moyo yote hayo yanaletwa na unene uliozidi, ukiondoa ya kurithi.
Nia ya blog hii ni kujadili jinsi ya kula zhakula kinachohitajika kwa ajili ya kupunguza unene. Pia kufanya mazoezi ili kuuweka mwili katika hali nzuri.
Mimi sio mwandishi kwa hiyo mtaniwia radhi kwa maneno machache ila kadri tunavyoendelea kutakua na majadiliano na ushauri mzuri tu. "watch this space"
